I have a 1999 Chevy Cavalier and the CD player in my car *****!!! It always makes my CDs skip even AFTER I clean the cds and then use a laser disc cleaner. Any suggestions, other than installing a new one?? I really like my radio and don't want to go through the hassle of installing a new one

my cd player has a cd stuck in it. if i try to play the cd it will play the first time, but if i try to switch to radio and back to cd it wont unless i restart my car. but i cant get it to eject either way. any ideas?
nah, checked that already. no hole. i also have taken the neg. off my battery to reset it and pushed the hell out of my eject button.

There was a sticker on the CD that I had in my in car CD player and I think it came unstuck in the heat and is now somewhere inside the CD player. There is a noise when the CD spins inside and I know the sticker is in there because when I took the CD out to check for the problem the sticker was gone. HELP!

One day it was fine the next it gives me a "Disk Error" The car is a 1999 Dodge Intrepid and the CD player is stock. I get a disk error on burned CD's and normal Album cd's and it will spit the disk out again....any suggestions?

How many volts and amps are used by the agerave car cd player ? how about if you add a small 200 watt amp to it. Lets say you ha ve a total of 3-400 watts between the both, How do you tell how many volts and amps you need to power this ?
